Your main tasks in this role are:
- As an Import & Customs Specialist, you will be responsible for the customs processing of our import shipments from third countries
- You will monitor compliance with customs regulations and internal guidelines
- You will review the required import documents as well as the completed customs declarations for accuracy
- Your tasks will include the classification of items from various product categories
- Maintaining close communication with external and internal Stakeholders is part of your responsibilities
- You will identify optimization potential in existing customs processes
- You are interested in the long-term planning and execution of projects
Your Profile
The requirements for the role are:
- As an Import & Customs Specialist, you have completed commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, etc.)
- You already have initial professional experience in operational or strategic customs processing
- In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of customs law and relevant import procedures
- Experience with customs declarations and tariff classification is an advantage for this position
- You are proficient in using MS Office
- You have proficient German and English language skills
- Your analytical and logical thinking skills set you apart
- You have an organized working style and are distinguished by your strong teamwork skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
