How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Collaborating with a team to plan and implement automated intralogistics solutions that shape the future of supply chain operations within the ALDI SOUTH Group
- Overseeing the development of an integrated detail design that takes into account operational goals and constraints, logistics automation, technology, and real estate considerations
- Enable subsequent installation / construction and commissioning phases with an implementation friendly design
- Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, real estate teams, internal experts, external consultants, and automation technology providers
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Several years of experience in warehouse automation or design management
- A completed degree in engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience in design or implementation management; alternatively, a secondary school diploma combined with substantial work experience
- You are comfortable driving a result-oriented detail design process
- Strong ability to work independently and in an organised manner as an expert in your field
- Proficient in English, with knowledge of German considered a plus
- Willingness to travel

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
